It could be one of a few reasons.

• They may use a technology that doesn't work with our website. Some streams we can include. Other types of streams we can't.
• We don't include commercial radio stations, just community stations.
• Are they a Public Radio station broadcasting mostly content they get from a National network? If so, that's not really our focus. We bring you stations that broadcast mostly their own local content. If you feel we've exluded your station in error please reach out and we'll take a look.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help with that. We just link to the radio station streams, we don't control them.

With the technology we use to find the stations' streams we don't (currently) have a way to know what you're listening to. If we can figure that out we'd love to add that feature.

We'd sure hate to see you go. We feel we're offering you a service and helping to increase your reach. However if you really want us to remove your station please send us an email using an email address with your stations call letters. We'll reach out to confirm you really don't want to participate and remove your station from this site.

Yeah, we don't like that either. Suffice it to say that radio station streams are not 'secure' in that they don't use httpS. However the rest of this website IS secure and DOES use httpS. So to stream non-secure contentwe need to open a new window. If we can figure out another way we'll be happy to do so.

A 'feedback' feature is something we plan to have working soon. Thanks for wanting to help report issues!
